Roddy Doyle is brilliant. He has the ability to create characters that live and breathe, stay with you long after the book is finished. He has tremendous insight into human behaviour and is a master with dialogue.
He can make you laugh out loud then break your heart with the tenderest of human moments.
It's a treat and an honour to spend time with such a gifted storyteller, it's going to be a wonderful evening!
