Two Faced BastardChunky Move - Canadian Premiere

Every exit, it has been said, is an entrance somewhere else. Chunky Move, Melbourne's leading contemporary dance company, gleefully takes that adage to heart in its Toronto debut: a genre-defying dialogue on the dualities and duplicities of human life.

On either side of a slatted blind, two distinct and self-contained performances take place simultaneously. Each half of the audience can catch only tantalizing glimpses of what the other is seeing, but the two performances soon collide with each other in ways as thrilling and thought-provoking as they are wildly funny.

Brilliantly staged by choreographers Gideon Obarzanek and Lucy Guerin, this unforgettable combination of word and movement offers a whole new array of zany delights when seen again - from the other side.
