Starting with their conception and design in the early 1950s, Solidbodies: The 50 Year Guitar War focuses on the five-decade competition of sounds between the two guitars that have been heard on more popular recordings than any other instruments during the rock era.

A film by Daniel Lanois documenting the making of his sixth solo album. The album was recorded in various studios across the world and features a number of special guest performers.

After fading with the introduction of Bossa Nova in the 1960s, the Brazilian music par excellence is getting a new lease on life. Featuring Festival artists Yamandú Costa and Romero Lubambo, this film is a documentary about Choro - the first genuinely Brazilian Urban Music.
